Client Responsibilities
Payment: Payment terms will be as agreed upon in the individual service contract signed with Luminary Leads Pvt. Ltd.
Compliance: Clients are responsible for adhering to labor laws and regulations in their respective countries.
Candidate Verification: Although we conduct initial screenings, the client is responsible for final candidate verification.
Data Protection and Privacy
In compliance with the Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) of the Government of Nepal, Luminary Leads Pvt. Ltd. adheres to strict data protection protocols. This includes:

Collecting only necessary personal information.
Passport details and CVs will be shared only with interested and vetted clients for recruitment purposes.
Maintaining robust data security measures.
Intellectual Property
All branding materials, including the Luminary Leads Pvt. Ltd. name, logo, and other service marks and trademarks are the property of Luminary Leads Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without explicit permission.

Liability
Luminary Leads Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for the actions of any employee after they have been placed with the client. We act solely as intermediaries in the recruitment process.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Nepal.

Amendments
Luminary Leads Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be posted on our official website, and clients will be notified accordingly.
